1. Log in to https://cnrs.zoom.us.
  2. Navigate to "Paramètres" on the left tab, then select "Réunion" on the top tab, and finally click "En réunion (base)" in the inner left menu.
  3. Disable the option "Exiger le chiffrement des médias pour les points de terminaison tiers (SIP/H.323)".
  4. When creating a Zoom meeting, select "Advanced encryption" instead of "End-to-end encryption".
  5. The room should now be able to connect to the Zoom meeting.
  6. Alternatively, to avoid entering the Zoom passcode manually on the remote, you can:
    • Connect the room to the Zoom lobby.
    • Go to https://zoom.us/meeting/rooms on your computer.
    • Enter the meeting ID, the pairing code displayed by the videoconferencing system, and the passcode using your computer keyboard (which is more convenient).
    • The room should automatically join the meeting.
